Kefalograviera (Piquant Gruyere)



Commonly Kefalograviera, due to the fact that the Island of Cephalonia has been excluded from the areas that have the right to produce Kefalograviera cheese, we call it 'Cephalonian piquant Gruyere. It is slightly saltier than Gruyere with piquant flavor and we produce it from 100% sheep's milk. Our Piquant Gruyere got the first award for its taste and quality for the year 2010, organized by the magazine ' OLIVE ' Elias Mamalakis.
